The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 427, 506(ii) IPC r/w 3(1)(5) SC/ST Act and Amended Ordinance, 2014 seeks a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore to consider and dispose of their bail application in PRC No.6 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District on the same day of their surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.87 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District to consider the bail application of the petitioners in PRC No.6 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District, along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
