first respondent to investigate into complaints in Crime No.88 of 2015 now pending on the file of first respondent police direct them to file a final report within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The complaint was lodged against one R.V.Narmadha in Crime No.88/2015 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC r/w 34 IPC on the basis of the complaint by T.Venkatakrishnan, S/o V.Dhanappan stating that R.V.Narmadha, Proprietor of India Track taxi. She was offering a scheme for hiring maxi cab car. She promoted a scheme through sms to various people. The petitioners having been lured by the promise, deposited huge sum running to several crores. After collecting the amount, she misappropriated the money. Hence, a case was registered in Crime No.88/2015. The petitioners are the victims. Since no action was taken on the complaint given by the petitioners, they have come forward with these petitions.
3. While so, this Court on earlier occasion in Crl.O.P.No.28293, 28294 and 28328/2015, which were filed by three other victims passed an order on 27.11.2015, directing the first respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.88/2015 on its file and file a final report. The said order holds good.
4. In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28293, 28294 and 28328/2015 dated 27.11.2015, there is no need to pass a specific direction in these petitions.
