Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to implement the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated 06.02.2019, between the petitioner Union and the 1st respondent under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act,1947 forthwith without any further delay in light of the minutes dated 22.03.2019 and also in light of the minutes dated 15.05.2019.

Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents that the Writ Petition may be disposed of, by directing 1st respondent to implement the Memorandum of Understanding dated 06.12.2019 entered into between the petitioner-Sangam and the 1st respondent under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act,1947.

2. Considering the submissions and also the limited prayer being sought for by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of as under:

"The first respondent is directed to implement the Memorandum of understanding entered into between the petitioner Union and the 1st respondent dated 06.02.2019 under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act,1947, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order"
