O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.2.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the survey of the property and for issuance of patta.

2. Mr. E. Balamurugane, learned Special Govt. Pleader https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent has already fixed the date of enquiry on 5.10.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present before the 2nd respondent with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also fo the fact that the 2nd respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to enquire and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
