The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 307 IPC r/w 3(1)(x) SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seeks a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Salem to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.186 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Salem, Salem District, there shall be a direction to the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Principal District and Sessions Judge, Salem, Salem District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, strictly on merits and pass appropriate orders.
