Crl.O.P.NO.13041/2021 COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to cancel the bail order dated 31.10.2018 and 17.10.2018 in CMP.Nos.5947 and 5971 of 2018 respectively in Crime No.122 of 2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur as the same is illegal and perverse and direct the respondent police to secure the 2nd respondent and commit him to custody.

3. In view of the above, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed and the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate petition under Section 451 Cr.P.C. for return of the amount before the Trial Court.
