This petition is filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore in Crl.M.P.No.2478 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025 and consequently to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1526 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025 (The petitioner/accused shall sign before the concerned Court i.e. the Juridical Magistrate, Thittakudi daily for 2 months at 10.30 a.m.)
2. Heard the counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to modify one of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1526 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Thittakudi daily, 2/4
morning at 10:00 a.m. and evening at 5:00 p.m. for a period of fifteen days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. It is made clear that, except the said modification, the order dated 25.02.2025 shall remain unaltered in all other respects.
