The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.461 of 2020 dated 07.06.2020 on the file of the 1st respondent/police and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that after registration of FIR in Crime No.461 of 2020, the respondent police conducted investigation and filed final report as against the petitioners as early as on 18.06.2020 before the Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram and it is pending for taking cognizance. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
