Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.ARUMUGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.T.ARUNKUMAR, Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed to permit the 17th petitioner herein Mr.S.Venugopal to withdraw the above writ petition and the same may be dismissed only as against the 17th petitioner.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that the 17th petitioner is going to attain the age of superannuation on 30.06.2022 and to settle the above issue amicably, this miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.
