O R D E R

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Hosur and to transfer the same to the Sub court, Bhavani.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier in the connected Tr.C.M.P.No.1043 of 2019 filed by the very same petitioner seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.184 of 2009 from the Sub Court, Hosur, to the Sub court, Bhavani, was ordered by this Court on 20.02.2020.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement to that effect. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Tr.C.M.P.No.250 of 2011.

4.Recording the said submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
