By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate who accepted notice for respondents 1 to 3.

3. The petitioners have filed this writ petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to measure their land and mark the boundaries by erecting boundary stone in respect of the land situated in S.Nos.342/12, 342/15, 342/16, 342/23, 342/10 and 342/19, Ottarpalayam Village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District to the extent of 2.27 acres.

4. Though a larger prayer has been made in the writ petition now the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would be suffice if a direction is issued to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 15.05.2019.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 15.05.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
