ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 23.07.2020.
2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the counter party, he was issued C.S.R.No.287 of 2020. The respondent police conducted the enquiry and the same was closed on 05.08.2020. Therefore, this petitioner is not at all required for any enquiry since no complaint is pending.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
