Criminal Original Petition No.4054 of 2011 has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to call for the records and quash the proceedings in C.C.No.333 of 2010 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Karaikal, Puducherry, for alleged offences under Sections 420 I.P.C. and Section 7(1)(a) (ii) read with Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 read with Clause 25(1) and (2) of the Fertilizer (Control) Order, 1985.

Criminal Original Petition No.4056 of 2011 has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to call for the records and quash the proceedings in C.C.No.334 of 2010 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Karaikal, Puducherry, for alleged offences under Sections 420 I.P.C. and Section 7(1)(a) (ii) of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.
