This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending in crime No.30 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons with illegal possession of 1Kg of Methaqualone.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely implicated in this case based on the confession of the first accused. Further, the contraband was not recovered from this petitioner. Hence, he prays to allow this petition and also relied the judgment of the Court in Crl.O.P No. 8290 of 2024.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that A1 confessed that the petitioner was supplier of contraband. Further, he submits that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity.

5. Considering the fact that the contraband involved in this case is commercial quantity. On seeing the gravity of the offence, this court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
