This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner expect by due process of law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner was not called for any enquiry by the respondents/police and the respondents/police not registered any case against the petitioner, the same is recorded Therefore, nothing survives in this petition.
