Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.No.141 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32656 of 2019 dated 20/01/2020 in Crime No. 201 of 2019, on the condition that petitioners are directed to appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode , twice in a week i.e. on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders by this Honourable Court.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.GUNASEKAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 04.12.2019, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 04.12.2019 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
