Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Sixth respondent to pay a sum of Rs.1,83,81,180/- representing 12% additional market value for the lands comprised in Survey Nos.(a) 142/2C - 9.31.5 hectares Rs.64,39,171/- (b) 142/2B - 9.31.5 hectares - Rs.64,32,935/- and (c) 142/2A for an extent of 7.97.0 hectares of Rs.55,09,074/-, Kannankottai Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District to and in favour of duly constituted Power of Attorney Agent of the petitioner.

ORDER
The present petition is filed to direct the Land Acquisition Authority to disburse the compensation amount as determined by him.
2. Today, this Court was informed that the compensation amount has since been disbursed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner too make a statement in support of the same.
4. This petition is therefore become infructuous as nothing survives. In view of the same, no further direction is required to be issued.
5. Accordingly, this petition is closed. No costs.
