O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a complaint by way of representation dated 09.12.2016 to respondent No.4 stating that public property has been encroached by various persons which is inclusive of water bodies.
2. On receipt of the aforesaid complaint, the office of respondent No.4, in Na.Ka.No.4744/2017/A1 dated 07.03.2017, directed respondent No.5 to take appropriate action and inform the same, marking a copy to the petitioner. As no further action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the enquiry with respondent No.5, we direct the said authority to conclude the enquiry within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice to all concerned.
