ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the refusal check slip issued by the 3rd respondent, refusing to register the partition deed dated 17.11.2025 presented by the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the official respondents would submit that only six persons have approached the Sub-Registar for registration of the partition deed whereas totally 22 people entitled to subject property. Due to the reason of non-appearance of the remaining parties before the registering authority, the refusal check slip has been issued.
3. However, today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they would re-present the document and all the 22 members will appear before the Sub-Registrar.
4. The learned counsel for the official respondents would submit that in the event all the parties appeared before the Sub-Registrar and they have no objection, the partition deed would be registered in accordance with law.
5. Such being the case, the petitioner is granted liberty to re-present the document once again before the Sub-Registrar within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In which case, all the parties to
the partition deed shall appear before the Sub-Registrar and in the event, all the parties are agreed to register the partition deed, the Sub-Registrar is directed to register the same, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.
