PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent to give police protection to petitioner to enter in her daughter's premises situated at 54B/2/97, II Secretariat Colony, Kellys, Chennai 600 010 based on the order passed by the District Magistrate Cum District Collector, Chennai in his proceedings in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.3527/A4/2019 dated 22.11.2021. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give police protection to petitioner to enter in her daughter's premises situated at 54B/2/97, II Secretariat Colony, Kellys, Chennai 600 010 based on the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed by the District Magistrate Cum District Collector, Chennai in his proceedings in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.3527/A4/2019 dated 22.11.2021.

2. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction would submit that the petitioner is residing along with her son and there is also a dispute between mother in law and daughter in law.

3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents police.

4. Such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondents police and file a complaint with regard to protection. On such complaint, the respondents police shall decide for issuing any protection by considering the reality prevailing.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
