By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner while working as Forester, was placed under suspension and later on it was revoked on 26.08.2015. The petitioner was also issued with a charge memo on 26.08.2015 and after revoking the order of suspension on 26.08.2015, the second respondent has directed the petitioner to approach the third respondent to get posting order and however, the petitioner has gone on medical leave. employed as Sub Inspector of Police (Technical) in the Police Telecommunication Branch, Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvannamalai District and apart from a boy, a girl was also born and therefore the support of the petitioner is very much necessary and therefore, he has submitted a representation dated 03.09.2015 for his posting in the very same place and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.
3.Heard the submissions of Mr.A.E.Kalaiselvan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Government Advocate (Forests) who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner either in his representation or in this writ petition, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
