The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to grant adequate police protection to the Petitioner's business, namely, M/s.T.K.Engineering Works, having office at Door No.166 Tiny Sector SIDCO Industrial Estate Street, Korattur, Thiruvallur-600 098, in carrying out their day to day business activities and further protect the ingress and egress of all vehicles from in and out of factory premises, including Company vehicles commuting the Petitioner's workers from all pick and drop points.
2. The petitioner seeks police protection to the Petitioner's business, namely, M/s.T.K.Engineering Works, having office at Door No.166 Tiny Sector SIDCO Industrial Estate Street, Korattur, Thiruvallur-600 098, in carrying out their day to day business activities. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellanous petition is closed.
