A.Nos.3989, 531, 533 of 2023 & 8487 of 2018 & A.Nos.1178 & 1179 of 2022 & O.A.No.433 of 2022 in C.S.Nos.730 of 2014 & 46 of 2022 P.B.BALAJI, J., It is reported that settlement talks are proceeding in positive direction and Mr.Abdul Mubeen, learned counsel seeks time and request that the matter may be posted immediately after reopening after the summer vacation to give a definite time schedules to pay every person, including the auction purchaser, Margadarsi, plaintiffs in C.S.No.730 of 2014. 2.Time is granted as requested by the learned counsel, Mr.Abdul Mubeen.
3.In the meantime, it is made clear that the auction purchaser shall permit the plaintiffs or their authorized representatives to inspect the suit property since they have to dispose of the same, in order to settle all the claim, upon prior notice of atleast 24 hours. The auction purchaser has agreed to receive interest at the rate of 10% per annum on the sale consideration. However, the learned counsel for the auction purchaser submits that this offer of settlement is subject to settlement being made on or before 15.08.2024.
4.Post the matter on 04.06.2024.
