This criminal original petition is filed by the petitioner to issue an order of Direction, directing the respondents 1 to 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the FIR was registered in Crime No.18 of 2024 dated 07.05.2024 with respect to the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

In view of the above submissions and the fact that the FIR was registered and the enquiry is pending, this Criminal Original petitioner is closed.
