Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the costs imposed by the Court would be paid during the course of time, if so permitted by the Court and thereupon, receipt would be shown and accordingly, the matter may be dropped.

2. In the light of the prayer made, let the petitioner deposit the costs with the State Legal Services Authority, Madras High Court, during the course of the day and produce the copy of the receipt.

Upon production of copy of the receipt, no further proceedings is required, otherwise, the matter may be posted on 10.08.2022 for further proceedings.
