Common Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 18.05.2021 in terms of Section 47A (5) of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.

COMMON ORDER These writ petitions are filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to consider the representations dated 18.05.2021 in terms of Section 47A (5) of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.
2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petitions, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representations submitted by the petitioners dated 18.05.2021 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, all the writ petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.
