JUDGMENT

When the appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent represented that the first respondent/State Bank of Mysore is merged with State Bank of India and steps has to be taken to amend the cause title. Earlier occasion time is granted for taking steps to amend the cause title, but till date no steps have been taken to amend the cause title.
