ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 30.01.2010 in I.A.No.555 of 2008 in I.A.No.269 of 2008 in O.S.No.4 of 2006 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, No. 1- Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main suit in O.S.No.4 of 2006 itself was dismissed for default on 23.03.2016 and he has not filed any application to restore the suit. Therefore, nothing survives in the civil revision petition and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
