O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to complete the investigation and file a final report of the case registered as FIR in Crime No.58 of 2022. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the CCTV footage is available, the respondent police have not filed the final report.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the accused has not been traced despite the fingerprints were collected. He would further submit that they are taking every effort to trace the accused.

4.In such view of the matter, since the accused has not been traced, the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and secure the accused and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
