O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct respondents 1 to 3 to implement the order dated 08.07.2015 passed by the first respondent against the 4th respondent.

2. Record of the proceeding shows that the matter was heard for admission on 16.9.2015 and elaborate submissions were made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and inspite of such submissions, this Court was not inclined to admit the writ petition and therefore, time was sought for by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Subsequently, also request has been made for adjournment and the matter has been adjourned from time to time. From the facts placed before this Court, it is seen that there are serious civil disputes between the parties and therefore, at this stage of the matter, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction as sought for by the petitioner.
