O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Juvenile Court, Tirupur District to consider the petitioner's bail application on the date of surrender before the Court in connection with Crime No.943 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

The case of the prosecution is that condolence flex board had been installed in the area in question and hiding the same, the petitioner's flex board had been installed and the same was damaged by the defacto complainant. Therefore, when the petitioner and other accused persons questioned the same, a quarrel arose and they attacked each other, resulting in injury to both parties. In this regard, a case was registered against the petitioner under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) I.P.C. by the respondent police.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a minor and innoncent of the offences alleged https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

against him. He would further submit that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the Court concerned. 4.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that absolutely no material was produced before this Court to show that the petitioner is a Juvenile and hence pleaded dismissal of this petition.

I find force in the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with the above observation.
