Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent/Land Commissioner, Chepauk, Chennai600 005 in R.P.No.18/2013 dated 16.09.2014 and to quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to delete the land of the petitioner from the 18(1) Notification published in the Government Gazette dated 23.12.2009.
