ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 36 of 2020, on the file of the Inspector of Police.

2. The petition for quashing of the FIR is mainly on the ground that the illegally fabricated legal heirship certificate was not prepared or created by the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.36 of 2020 and awaiting only for the final lab report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the nature of the allegations, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No. 36 of 2020. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
