ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8315 of 2025, dated 20.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8315 of 2025, dated 20.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court concerned once in a week i.e., on Tuesday of every week at 10:30 a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear on all the hearing dates before the Trial Court concerned without fail.
