This criminal original petitioner is filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent police officials not to harass the petitioner based on the 2nd complaint given by the 2nd respondent.
Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). It is submitted that the petition is pending, hence this Court directs the petitioner to cooperate for the enquiry and the respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order and till the completion of enquiry, no coercive steps may be taken against the petitioner. 3.
