ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.844 of 2007 within a time limit stipulated by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he lodged a complaint with the respondent police as against one Madurai and his relatives stating that they have trespassed into his shop and took away the materials. The said complaint was registered in Crime No.844 of 2007 for the alleged offences under Sections 448, 341 and 427 I.P.C. Though the said complaint was registered on 8.7.2007, till date, no action was taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.844 of 2007 pending on his file and file a final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
