This Criminal Original Petition is filed directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner based on his representation dated 08.05.2024.

2. The petitioner has preferred the complaint against one Savithramma and others for trespassing into the property, damaging the layout with the help of JCB and also damaging the boundary stones of the houses. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that CSR.No.81 of 2024 has been registered and the enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent police to conduct the enquiry within a period of two weeks by taking appropriate action as alleged in the complaint. In the meantime, there shall be an direction to the 2nd respondent police to give appropriate police protection, if necessary.
