ORDER
Challenging arbitral award dated 05.06.2024, the applicant filed Arb.O.P.No.47 of 2024. A conditional order directing deposit of a sum of Rs.39,120/- was issued in such arbitration original petition on 30.08.2024. The __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

RNA applicant complied with said condition and made the deposit. Later, by order dated 12.03.2025, the arbitral award was set aside, but the amount deposited by the petitioner was directed to be retained for a period of six months to enable the respondents to initiate fresh arbitral proceedings.
2. Thereafter, parties reached a settlement. Mr.Vanan, learned counsel, who appears for the respondent, submits that the respondent's dues have been settled by the petitioner pursuant to the settlement.
3. In view of these developments, this application is allowed by permitting the applicant to withdraw the sum of Rs.39,120/- along with interest accruals thereon, as per certificate of funds dated 13.03.2026. Payment to the applicant shall be made on or before 05.06.2026.
