ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.857 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram, in connection with Crime No.315 of 2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Tindivanam daily on all working days at 10.00 A.M.,till the case has been committed to the Sessions Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.
3. Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10:00 A.M., is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 15-07-2025 klt
