The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to take action on his representation dated 10.11.2011 and 12.10.2012, respectively.

2. Mr.N.Sampath, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that if a fresh representation is given, it would be considered in accordance with law.

3.In the light of the above prayer sought for in this writ petition and the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, direct the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with a copy of this order, to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. with law within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
