This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.01.2015 in accordance with law.

2. In the affidavit it is stated that the petitioner is the owner of the property situated at 586/8, Bharathi Street, Pazhanthandalam, The counter petitioner, Mrs.Kaviarasi, illegally changed the survey number and executed a settlement deed in favour of her husband Mr.R.Madhan and the said Madhan sold the property to one Venkatesan. When the petitioner questioned the same, he was threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 20.01.2015. Since no action was taken so far, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the matter is purely civil in nature as the dispute is with regard to execution of the sale deed and the petitioner has to work https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

out his remedy before the registering authority. Hence, he opposed this petition.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the opinion that this petition cannot be entertained. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
