CR NO.171/2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner directed to report before the respondent police at 10.30 am on the first working day of every month until further orders in bail order granted to the petitioneron 02/03/2020 in Crl.M.P.No.2548 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32903 of 2019 in Crime no. 171 of 2019 on the file of this Honurable Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THAMARAISELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 17.12.2019, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking further relaxation of the conditions imposed in order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2548 of 2020.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 02.03.2020 stands relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered.
