MURALIDARAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.1648 of 2018 IN CRL RC.1365/2017 R.CHANDRASEKAR, [ PETITIONER ] Vs T.RAJAN [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the order dated 02.11.2017 passed in Crl.R.C.No.1365 of 2017 in so far relates to imposing condition that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/-and thus render justice.[CRL.MP.NO.1648/2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner , the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 02.11.2017 passed in Crl.R.C.No.1365 of 2017 insofar relates to imposing condition that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/-.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is ordered that the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.1365 of 2017 dated 02.11.2017 relating to deposit the amount of Rs.50,000/-, shall stand modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- [Rupees forty thousand only] to the credit of S.T.C.No.242 of 2012 on the file of the Fast Track Court, Attur, Salem District within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
