(CRIME NO.135 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders and thereafter as and when required for interrogation and pass any other order.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11279 of 2022 on 19.05.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e. on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
