ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission for the light music and Cultural Progamme held on 25.05.2019 at "Arulmigu Singarthiamman Temple" ground, at Singalpadi Village, Ananganallore, Vellore District, on account of "Arulmigu Singarthiamman Temple" festival. 2.Heard both sides.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has directly presented the petition before the respondent, seeking permission for conducting the Temple Festival, but the respondents refused to receive the same. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition. 4.In such case, the petitioner is directed to give fresh representation tomorrow before the respondent and on receipt of the said representation, the respondent has to consider the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and dispose of the same in accordance with law and inform the result to the petitioner.
5.With this aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
