Div) No.48 of 2022 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J In response to A.Nos.2310 & 2311 of 2022 seeking to punish the respondents for alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 18.03.2022 in O.A.No.142 to 146 of 2022, the second respondent has filed an affidavit affirmed on 15.06.2022. In paragraph 4 of the affidavit, it is stated that the second respondent continued to use the impugned mark by misunderstanding the scope of the order. Upon the scope thereof being explained by the counsel, the second respondent states that he stopped using the impugned mark.
