ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extention of time for complying the order dated 14.03.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.4981 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.SRNo.14479 of 2025 against the order in M.C.No.401 of 2021 on the file of the learned I
Additional Family Court, Chennai dated 14.03.2025 from four weeks to three months.

When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after order passed by this Court in the Condone Delay Petition, viz., Crl.M.P.No.4981 of 2025 dated 14.03.2025, there is an amicable settlement between the petitioner and the respondent and accordingly, the respondent agreed to permanent alimony to the tune of Rs.30 Lakhs and also agreed to file a divorce petition on mutual consent. Therefore, the petitioner sought for further time to settle the amount.

Considering the above said submission, this Court is inclined to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court till 16.07.2025, failing which the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further reference to this Court. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
