The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to take suitable action and to complete the investigation on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.02.2026 forwarded by the 1st respondent. 2.Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions submitted that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent registered the F.I.R. in Crime No.265 of 2026 on 06.06.2026 as against the accused.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
