This criminal original petition has been filed praying to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents/accused (A1 to A3) by this Court in Crl.OP.No.9457 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Public Prosecutor submitted that the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.9457 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020 have been duly complied with by the respondents herein. Therefore, he does not want to press the petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
