ORDER

This arbitration original petition has been filed to set aside the Arbitration Award dated 18.03.2022.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties by virtue of Mediation. In this regard, they had also filed a Mediation report along with the settlement agreement dated 18.03.2024 before this Court. Hence, he would submit that this matter shall be closed in terms of the said settlement agreement entered between them.

3. By recording the above submissions, this original petition is ordered in terms of the settlement agreement dated 18.03.2024. The said settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, the connected application is also closed.
